A link to the practice examination for COMLEX-USA Level 3 is available below. The practice examination begins with a tutorial and include examples of test items found on the Level 3 examination including Clinical Decision-Making items. Answers are not saved or recorded.
The NBOME offers the Comprehensive Osteopathic Medical Self-Assessment Examination (COMSAE) for osteopathic students and residents to prepare for the COMLEX-USA cognitive examination. We encourage use of this exam as a gauge of a candidate’s knowledge base and ability to prepare for the COMLEX-USA examination series. COMSAE is not intended to predict specific performance on any of the COMLEX-USA examinations. However, candidates who have taken a timed COMSAE before taking their first COMLEX-USA cognitive examination at the corresponding level demonstrate greater proficiency, on average, relative to candidates who did not take a timed COMSAE before their first COMLEX-USA examination.
More information on COMSAE Phase 3 can be found here.
