Computer-Based Examinations

Sample Questions
These contain the same style and content of questions that you will encounter during each Level of COMLEX-USA. COMLEX-USA Level 3 sample questions include multiple-choice and clinical decision making (CDM) questions, similar to what is found in the actual exam.
COMSAE


The Comprehensive Osteopathic Medical Self-Assessment Examination (COMSAE) series is designed to help you gauge your knowledge base in advance of the COMLEX-USA examination series. The content and format of each COMSAE phase are designed to align with the corresponding COMLEX-USA Level.
Caution should be exercised in using COMSAE results in predicting specific results on subsequent COMLEX-USA examinations. COMSAE examinations taken under timed and proctored conditions can provide assistance in assessing readiness when put into the context of other markers of academic performance, including in the curricular program at a COM and COMAT examinations. However, caution is necessary in using COMSAE assessments for purposes of predicting future examination results.
WelCOM

WelCOM is a self-assessment series offered on the CATALYST platform and designed to assess your medical knowledge in advance of taking COMLEX-USA. Answers and rationales are given in real-time, and WelCOM provides you with resources for additional study for each item. WelCOM also provides you with a formative progress panel so you can identify any potential gaps in your overall performance relative to the COMLEX-USA blueprint.
The content and format of each WelCOM phase are designed to align with the corresponding COMLEX-USA Level. (Note: there is not currently a WelCOM Phase 3.)
