A new learning tool on the CATALYST platform, COMAT-SE is designed to assist osteopathic medical students in preparing for the COMAT Osteopathic Principles and Practice exam.
COMAT-SE (Self Evaluation) is a new learning tool for osteopathic medical students to prepare for the COMAT Clinical exams. Hosted on the CATALYST platform, COMAT-SE provides 60 questions that follow the same blueprint as COMAT Clinical exams.
After responding to each COMAT-SE question, candidates are shown the correct answer in real-time, the rationale for why that answer is correct, and are provided additional references for further study. COMAT-SE uses an easy-to-read review panel that provides real-time progress to help you close the gaps in your knowledge.
COMAT-SE is available 24/7 via PC/Mac, smartphone, or tablet, and osteopathic medical students can answer as many questions as they like on their own time.
As of November 2, 2023, COMAT-SE is only available as a tool to prepare for the Osteopathic Principles & Practice (OP) Clinical exam, but is expected to expand to Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Pediatrics clinical exams in the future.
