ROLE OUTLINE |
The National Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners (NBOME) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Administrative Assistant to support the Executive Departments’ general administrative needs. |
LOCATION: CONSHOHOCKEN OFFICE DEPARTMENT: EXECUTIVE |
RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS |
Responsibilities: · Printing, filing, copying, faxing and mailing · Front office presence; greeting visitors, guests, etc. · Daily distribution of incoming mail · Calendar support as requested by Executive Office members · Office/suite inventories as assigned · Conference room set-up/clean-up · Logistical support for internal staff meetings · Expense report management and processing · Troubleshooting escalated Executive Office issues with Facilities and IT as applicable
· Technical support/logistics for onsite, virtual and hybrid meetings as assigned · Board and Organizational committee meeting support · Meeting materials, agendas, minutes, invites and follow up activities
Provide support for employee activities and good and welfare efforts, including but not limited to: · Room set-up, catering, event supplies/materials, general communication · Packaging and distribution of governance holiday gifts · Preparation and distribution of governance birthday cards · Facilitation of staff and governance life event acknowledgement (i.e. flowers, gifts, cards)
Qualifications: · High School Diploma or equivalent · Minimum 1 year experience in administrative support roles · Strong time management and organizational skills · Strong written and oral communication skills ·
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel,
PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint |
POSITION STATUS: FULL-TIME REGULAR NON-EXEMPT |
