Transcript Request

How do I request an official transcript?
Candidates wishing to request an official transcript must submit a written request using this paper form or electronic request with the appropriate fee via the online registration system. Scores will be provided in the form of an NBOME transcript, which will contain scores for all COMLEX-USA examinations you have taken. No request for a transcript will be taken by telephone.

Score Reports
In the Fall of 2012, the NBOME fully implemented electronic score reporting for all COMLEX-USA examinations. Scores from all COMLEX-USA examinations taken September 1, 2012 and after for computer-delivered examinations, and taken July 1, 2012 and after for the COMLEX-USA clinical skills examination (Level 2-Performance evaluation), are available online through the NBOME Client Registration System.

Score reports from prior to this date are not available online.

If you wish to receive a copy of a COMLEX-USA score report from prior to the dates listed above, please contact the NBOME Client Services Department by calling (866) 479-6828, or via email. Client Services Representatives are available 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (Eastern Time), Monday through Friday, except NBOME holidays. Voicemail is available at all other times. Score reports printed from the NBOME's system do not take the place of an NBOME certified transcript. If a certified transcript is needed (e.g., to be sent to a third party), please refer to the guidance on page 33 of the COMLEX-USA Bulletin of Information.
