About The Practice Exam

The COMLEX-USA Practice Exam is provided to assist the candidate in navigating through the examination and to facilitate the actual testing experience.  It is NOT designed to give the candidate a score or provide information about how a candidate may actually perform on the COMLEX-USA examination. 

The COMLEX-USA Practice Exam requires the use of Microsoft Internet Explorer version 6 or above and Microsoft Windows Media Player version 10 or above at a monitor resolution of 1024 × 768.  Using another system configuration or monitor resolution may cause some features to malfunction.

Content, format, and policy applying to the COMLEX-USA examination may change from time to time, and the candidate is strongly advised to frequently visit the NBOME website at www.nbome.org for the most up-to-date information.
