Office hours are 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (Central Time) Monday through Friday, except NBOME holidays. All candidates should have their NBOME registration ID number available when making inquiries.
To obtain additional information via e-mail please contact the administrator for Level 1, 2, or 3. Transcript requests must be purchased through the online system after logging in.

The NBOME office is located near O'Hare airport on the Northwest side of Chicago at 8765 West Higgins Road, Suite 200 (Southeast corner of Higgins Road and East River Road/Dee Road). See map below for details.
