Comprehensive Osteopathic Medical Achievement Test
General Examination Information
Each COMAT subject examination consists of 125 items that must be completed within 2 hours and 30 minutes. There is a separate 5 minute tutorial before beginning each exam. Every administration must be proctored. In July 2015, COMAT will be available via the iPad delivery system, with the same proctoring requirements as the computer-based tests. COMAT will be also available for administration through Prometric testing centers throughout the country, reducing administration and proctoring needs by COMs. See Administration & Security for more details.
